I started making ceramics 30 years ago (Secondary School of Visual Arts, MOME) and have been teaching wheel throwing for 6 years. I'm waiting for you in the studio if you would like to try it out or learn how to work with clay on a wheel. I am happy to accompany you from beginner to advanced level. What you can expect: harmony of breathing, movement and material, refinement of the quality of touch, connection with the center, complete emptying of the mind, single-pointed attention. And until we get there: we dance with imperfection, with the misaligned axis, we learn to accept the process and we laugh a lot at ourselves.

When I began learning wheel throwing, I had already spent ten months at home with my little girl. It was refreshing to take a break from the usual chores and immerse myself in a new activity that demanded a different kind of concentration—one I hadn't experienced in a long time. As I progressed in pottery making, I found myself yearning for a space where I could freely unleash my creativity, following my own schedule without the guidance of a teacher. I'm grateful that we discovered this workshop, where we not only provide equipment for independent work but also have the freedom to bring our own ideas to life.
